Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced CRM Solution Architect with 12+ years of IT/CRM experience to lead end-to-end design of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions aligned with enterprise objectives.

You will translate business requirements into scalable, secure architectures, define integration patterns, data models, and customization strategies, and guide development teams to deliver robust CRM landscapes that scale with the business.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of IT/CRM experience with a focus on solution architecture.
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Experience in CRM solution design, integration architecture, data architecture, and customization planning.
• Strong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, data management, and CRM architecture principles.
• Ability to work with business and technical stakeholders to define practical, scalable solutions.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and architectural documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CRM solution architecture and design across Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Define integration strategy and architecture for CRM and surrounding enterprise systems.
• Design robust data architecture, including data models, data flows, governance, and integration considerations.
• Develop customization and extensibility strategies, ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.
• Evaluate functional and technical requirements and translate them into appropriate CRM solution designs.
• Provide architectural guidance to development and implementation teams.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture, security, scalability, performance, and best-practice standards.
• Support technical decision-making and identify opportunities to optimise the CRM landscape.
