Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking a CRM Developer with 5–8 years of experience to design, build, and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions for clients in Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities include CRM customisation, plug‑ins, workflows, Power Automate automation, and data migration with integrations to external systems.

You will ensure quality, security, and maintainability while collaborating with functional consultants and stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Perform data migration, mapping, transformation, validation and migration activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions based on functional and technical requirements.
• Design and develop plug‑ins, custom business logic, workflows, and CRM components.
• Build business process automation using Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Automate.
• Develop and support integrations between Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and external/enterprise systems.
• Perform data migration, including data mapping, transformation, validation, and migration activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to CRM customisations, integrations, and automation.
• Follow development standards and best practices to ensure solution quality, scalability, security, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, technical leads, and business stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle.
• Prepare technical documentation and support testing, deployment, and post‑implementation activities.

Required Experience & Skills:

• 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Dynamics 365 customisation and development.

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
