Job summary

Shipa Delivery is seeking a warehouse operations professional in Abu Dhabi to receive, verify, and manage shipments and inventory, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfilment. You will support stock checks, reporting, and process improvements in a fast-paced logistics environment.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in logistics and at least 1 year of warehousing experience, with strong communication skills and physical fitness for handling goods. Night shifts and rotational work are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or supply chain management.
• Minimum 1 year of warehousing or logistic operations experience.
• Proven track record of warehousing & fulfilment experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads/Line Managers updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse and fulfilment procedures and support process improvements.
• Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently.
