Job summary

Shipa Delivery in the United Arab Emirates is seeking a Warehouse & Inventory Associate to support incoming shipments, inventory control, and order fulfilment in Abu Dhabi. You will play a key role in receiving goods, labeling, and ensuring accuracy across systems.

The role requires 1+ year of warehousing experience, a bachelor's in logistics, and strong communication skills. You will work rotating shifts, including nights, with emphasis on safety and process improvements within a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Proven warehousing & fulfilment experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically fit for lifting and carrying.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.
• Knowledge in strategic planning.
• Flexibility to work in rotational and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize, label and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, process and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update warehouse systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Respond to customer and internal queries and keep Team Leads updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow procedures and support process improvements.
• Learn processes and systems and work independently.
