Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year in warehousing/logistics, a Bachelor's in logistics or related field preferred, and flexibility for night shifts. Strong communication and basic IT skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We make collection of packages within one hour a reality, along with a choice of on-demand, same-day, next-day, and cross-border delivery services. Shipa Delivery's technology stack provides real-time parcel tracking via GPS; and for businesses, an integrated solution to streamline last-mile logistics and automate delivery management.

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:

• Receive, verify, and document incoming shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads/Line Managers updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements.
• Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferably in logistics and supply chain management Minimum 1 years of Warehousing / logistic operations experience, required.
• Proven track record of warehousing & Fulfilment experience.
