Job summary

Shipa Delivery in the United Arab Emirates seeks a warehouse professional to support inventory and order fulfillment. You will receive shipments, verify against PO, and maintain accurate records in our systems.

This role requires 1 year of warehousing experience, a degree in logistics, strong communication, adaptability for night shifts, and a hands-on approach to learn processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics and supply chain management.
• Minimum 1 year warehousing/fulfilment experience.
• Proficiencies in inventory/fulfilment processes and communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document shipments against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Inspect goods for damage, defects, shortages, or discrepancies and report issues promptly.
• Organize, label, and store inventory in designated locations for efficient space utilization.
• Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory accurately for delivery and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and update relevant warehouse/inventory systems.
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory reconciliation and cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and warehouse reports.
• Respond to customer and internal queries promptly and keep Team Leads/Line Managers updated.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow warehouse and fulfillment procedures and support process improvements.
• Take initiative to learn processes and systems and develop the ability to work independently.
