Job summary

Shipa Delivery, a GCC-focused logistics platform in Abu Dhabi, seeks a warehouse operations professional. You will handle inbound shipments, verify orders, stock inventory, and prepare items for delivery, while maintaining records and supporting process improvements.

The role requires at least 1 year in warehousing/logistics, a Bachelor's in logistics or related field preferred, and flexibility for night shifts. Strong communication and basic IT skills are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in logistics & supply chain management, preferred.
• Minimum 1 year warehousing/logistics operations experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Physically fit for lifting and carrying as required.
• Intermediate computer knowledge.
• Knowledge in strategic planning.
• Flexible for rotational and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and document shipments against orders.
• Inspect goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues.
• Organize and store inventory for efficient space use.
• Pick, pack, process, and prepare inventory for delivery.
• Maintain inventory records and update systems.
• Conduct stock checks and assist with cycle counts.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly inventory reports.
• Respond to queries and update Team Leads/Line Managers.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment.
• Follow procedures and support process improvements.
• Learn processes and work independently when needed.
