Job summary

DSV is seeking a warehouse associate in Abu Dhabi to support inbound and outbound operations. You will verify items against packing lists, assist with picking, packing, labeling and storage, and work under the Team Leader to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires basic English communication, attention to detail and reliability. duties include stock checks, MDN handling, and adherence to food safety and hygiene standards while collaborating with colleagues and following DSV policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year warehouse operation experience preferred.
• Good numerical and data entry skills.
• Basic computer/Scanner familiarity.
• Clear communication in English (read, write and speak).

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify against packing lists and invoices.
• Inform Team Leader about damages, shortages or discrepancies observed.
• Fill MDN or other forms and escalate to Floor in Charge.
• Sort and store items in correct locations for quick retrieval.
• Prepare packing, apply labels, and assist with packing per specifications.
• Assist with stock checks and cycle counts as directed.
• Adhere to DSV policies, food safety standards, and hygiene rules.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by Team Leader.
