Your responsibilities include managing the Info Desk, assisting with Returns and Exchanges, and handling cash transactions accurately to foster customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma and a minimum of 2 years of retail or customer service experience. You will thrive in a dynamic environment while enhancing customer loyalty through exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service or front-facing retail role.
• Comfortable handling cash transactions and customer-facing responsibilities in a busy retail environment.
• Strong customer-oriented mindset with the ability to resolve issues calmly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, provide shopping tools and information.
• Assist customers at the Returns and Exchange desk.
• Handle routine customer complaints professionally.
• Follow cash handling SOPs accurately.
• Count and reconcile cash floats for financial accuracy.
• Explain Smaland admission policies and ensure child safety.
• Book IKEA services accurately through system tools.
• Prepare reports related to returns, exchanges, and cash reconciliation.
