Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of frontline customer service experience.
• Good conflict resolution and communication skills.
• Basic proficiency with common software and online apps.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer service and information to visitors.
• Interact with customers face-to-face and assist on their journey.
• Resolve customer queries with agile, informed responses.
• Coordinate with police, GDRFA and partners to execute plans.
• Support terminal operations and report hazards and administer tasks.
