Job summary

Meliá Hotels International is seeking dynamic professionals to lead and develop the Front Office team in Dubai. The role emphasizes representing the Front Office Manager and ensuring a high standard of guest service across arrival and departure experiences.

You'll work closely with other departments to deliver a seamless hotel experience, actively engage guests with location guidance and service information, and maintain professional presentation of the hotel to reflect our luxury brand and

• Development and introduction of standards at the front office area as well as the subsequent support of the front office team
• Check-in / -out as well as the individual greeting and farewell of our guests
• Close cooperation with all departments for a unique hotel experience
• Professional presentation of our hotel through active, personal guest and customer contact
• Advising our guests on the location, facilities and the full range of services on offer
• Ensuring quality standards

• High level of English and Arabic or Russian or Spanish
