Hilton Waikoloa Village is seeking a Front Office Manager to lead the front office team and ensure premier guest experiences at our oceanfront resort. You will oversee reservations, front desk operations, staffing, and budget considerations to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have prior hotel front office and supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, and a focus on service excellence in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Two years combined prior hotel front office and supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience coaching and guiding a team to deliver guest service excellence.
• Ability to manage front desk operations and staffing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Direct front office operations and staff of ~50 team members.
• Coach, train, supervise and evaluate staff to ensure high service standards.
• Address guest concerns promptly and implement effective resolutions.
