Job summary

Yas Plaza Hotels by IHG is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead guest reception, reservations, and daily front office operations on Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. You will drive guest satisfaction, revenue optimization, and staff development across a dynamic hotel team.

You will collaborate with Housekeeping, F&B, and sales to ensure smooth check-ins, accurate availability control, and a consistent, premium guest experience across all channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in a front office or related hospitality role.
• Leadership and supervisory experience.
• Proficiency in front office software (PMS), reservation systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management.
• Relevant certifications or training in hospitality management or front office operations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests receive prompt attention and personal recognition throughout their stay, resolving issues to maximize satisfaction.
• Plan and implement availability controls to maximize revenue across rooms, F&B, and other services.
• Maintain high-performance standards among guest-contact colleagues to ensure knowledge, friendliness and courtesy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to turn rooms quickly and allocate arriving guests properly.
• Supervise Front Office team to optimize occupancy and average rate while maximizing revenue.
• Prepare management reports on trends and guest impressions affecting satisfaction and operations.
