Responsabilités

• Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls
• Control the distribution of access cards for visitors
• Maintain a register to log in visitor details
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area
• Coordinate and manage room bookings for Business centre and L&D
