Job summary

Remote DXB is seeking a Branch Front Desk Supervisor to oversee front desk teams across multiple branches in the UAE. You will travel within the country to visit branches, ensure SOP compliance, and drive service quality improvements.

The role requires coaching staff, handling escalations, coordinating staffing, and collaborating with Operations and HR to implement continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of supervisory experience in Front Desk or Customer Service.
• Experience in a multi-branch environment preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the UAE.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Female candidates preferred.
