Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island, operated by Accor, seeks a receptionist to warmly welcome guests, handle calls, emails, and bookings, and support daily operations for a flawless service experience.

We require fluent Russian and English speakers with a high school diploma and prior front desk experience, strong communication, and teamwork. A polished appearance and professional demeanor are essential.

Formación

• Must be fluent in Russian and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are an advantage.
• Prior receptionist or customer service experience preferred; professional appearance and attitude required.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
• Manage appointments, meeting schedules, and visitor registrations.
• Maintain the reception area to be clean, organized, and presentable.
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, documents, and deliveries.
• Provide information and assistance to clients and visitors.
• Perform data entry, filing, photocopying, and other admin duties.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
