Qualifications

• Experience in front desk operations at a hotel.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of hotel policies and procedures.
• Ability to greet guests by name and escort to rooms.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts from check-in to check-out with accurate postings.
• Assist guests with inquiries and hotel activities.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel information, hours, promotions, and local attractions.
• Ensure guest privacy and proper cashiering procedures.
