Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient is seeking an experienced Contract Manager in Dubai to guide sales activities, define contracting strategies, and drive contracts to signature. You will manage risk, negotiate terms, and coordinate with Legal, Compliance, and execution teams across our global operations.

The role requires a Bachelor in Business Law with 5+ years of contract management experience, strong drafting and negotiation skills, and fluency in English and French.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Law and International Trade or equivalent.
• Professional certification in Contract Management (e.g. CCCM, CPCM) preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as contract manager.
• Strong negotiation and drafting skills for sales contracts.
• Knowledge of contract law and licensing is required.
• Excellent client service and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support sales in developing bids and new business models.
• Lead tender management and create offerings.
• Drive sales contract aspects within Bid team and ensure precise definitions in customer contracts.
• Utilize standard contract templates and guidelines for KPI optimization.
• Coordinate with Legal and Compliance and subsidiaries on contractual matters.
• Negotiate terms with customers and manage risk during negotiation.
• Ensure smooth handover of contracts to execution team and accurate reporting.
• Participate in contract management tool enhancements (CLM).
• Support contract changes, renegotiations, and extensions with customers.
• Lead disputes resolution with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams.
