Job summary

Moody’s Middle East is seeking an Operations Analyst – Contract Specialist to manage the contracting lifecycle for the sales team in Dubai. You will draft, tailor and finalize contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs and internal standards while coordinating with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration.

The role emphasizes meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, business admin, information systems, management or related area.
• Experience in administrative, customer service, finance, legal or sales support, preferably sales/contract‑related.
• Highly organised with multitasking ability in fast-paced environments.
• Extremely detail‑oriented with strong judgment and problem solving.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word/Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint; Salesforce/Apttus experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end contracting process from drafting to execution for renewals and new business.
• Draft and tailor contracts meeting client and sales needs while ensuring compliance with policies and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Administration to finalize terms and pricing.
• Maintain accurate client data across CRM and systems; ensure pricing and allocations are correct.
• Resolve internal and client queries promptly with high satisfaction; communicate effectively with stakeholders.
