Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience working with contracts.
• Ability to review, edit, and interpret legal agreements.
• Experience negotiating corporate master services agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate all types of contracts.
• Manage the Contracts Queue and coordinate contract management.
• Serve as primary contact for contract-related inquiries.
