Job summary

Giesecke+Devrient is seeking a skilled Bid Manager to lead international tender processes and deliver cost-optimized, compliant offers. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across business units, manage risk, and ensure timely bid submissions in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent communication in French and English is required, with strong analytical and negotiation skills to drive successful outcomes in complex negotiations and with public authorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in bid management and tender processes.
• Strong commercial understanding and KPI literacy.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages welcome.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across international contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define bid strategy in alignment with Bid Core Team.
• Manage the complete bid process from qualification to handover.
• Prepare competitive offers considering technical and commercial aspects.
• Coordinate with interface departments and HQ to develop cost-optimized solutions.
• Lead bid/no bid decisions for board members.
• Support financing instruments, contracts drafts and finalisation.
