Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist.
• In-house recruitment and high-volume recruiting experience strongly preferred.
• Selection workflows across varying seniority levels demonstrated.
• Familiarity with modern HR databases, HRIS platforms, and ATS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related discipline preferred.
• Industry exposure in supply chain, logistics, or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Prepare job descriptions, publish ads, manage responses, and structure interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with managers and stakeholders.
• Administer pre-employment screening and reference checks as required.
• Map market talent and maintain pipelines for current and future roles.
