Job summary

Airbest Express Cargo LLC in the UAE seeks a Dynamic Sales Representative to drive import/export sales in cargo and freight forwarding, develop new business, and build strong client relationships. The role requires 0–1 year in cargo sales, English and Hindi communication, negotiation and time management skills, and a UAE driving license.

It is an on-site position with growth opportunities and target-based compensation.

Qualifications

0–1 year of import/export sales experience in cargo/freight forwarding.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Valid UAE driving license; own car preferred.
Fluent in English and Hindi with strong communication skills.
Strong negotiation, organization, and time-management abilities.
Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
Experience handling basic cash transactions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities in freight, cargo, and logistics services.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Prepare competitive quotations and negotiate pricing.
Coordinate with operations team for smooth shipment handling.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, retailers, and customers to secure profitable deals.
Prepare accurate sales reports for management.
