Job summary

Rayqube is an experiential technology and events company delivering immersive storytelling and large-scale activations. We seek an on-site technologist to install, set up, and maintain event technology hardware, providing on-site support to ensure flawless performance during events.

The role requires hands-on experience with AV hardware, troubleshooting, and the ability to work in dynamic environments. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are a plus for equipment transport.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and supporting event technology hardware.
• Strong ability to troubleshoot hardware and perform configurations.
• Willingness to work on-site in dynamic event environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and set up event technology hardware on-site.
• Provide technical support during events to resolve issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and diagnose hardware systems.
• Coordinate with project managers for transport and setup schedules.
• Ensure timely breakdown and removal of hardware after events.
