Job summary

Qualifications

2–4 years of experience as an AV Technician in hospitality, events, or facilities management.
Strong knowledge of LED display systems, amplifiers, mixers, microphones and video conferencing platforms.
Ability to troubleshoot sound and video signal flow efficiently under time constraints.
Understanding of networked AV systems, cabling, and power distribution preferred.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
Physically fit and capable of handling AV equipment setup and dismantling.
Diploma / ITI / Certification in AV Technology, Electronics, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and maintain AV systems including LED screens, sound systems, projectors, and video conferencing equipment.
Perform troubleshooting, calibration, and testing of AV systems before and during events.
Support live events, meetings, and presentations by ensuring clear sound and video quality.
Coordinate with event and operations teams to ensure timely setup and flawless execution of AV requirements.
Maintain and update inventory of AV equipment, cables, and accessories.
Conduct preventive maintenance and inspections to ensure equipment longevity.
