Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Engineering, IT, or related technical field.
• Project management certification (PMP) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Technical Deployment: oversee on-site hardware installations (computers, displays, cabling).
• Logistics & Resource Management: manage end-to-end logistics for hardware and personnel across UAE and KSA.
• Operations Strategy: develop and implement standardized processes for the operations team.
• Technical Coordination: coordinate with freelance technicians and build a network of external talent.
• Vendor Relations: engage with suppliers to ensure quality integration of external tech.
• Inventory Control: monitor all warehouse equipment and assets.
• Team Leadership: mentor and guide a team of operations executives.
