• Strong understanding of event dynamics and content-worthy moments.
• Comfortable with outdoor environments and long event days.

Responsibilities

• Plan the daily content coverage schedule across multiple event zones.
• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and social teams for timely coverage.
• Monitor the site in real time to spot high-value content opportunities.
• Maintain a live checklist of content deliverables and assets.
• Communicate real-time updates to content and social teams for live posting.
• Manage a daily coverage log and flag gaps.
• Coordinate with talent, performers and influencers during content capture.
• Assist with content approvals ensuring media follows brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing, production and creative teams during the live period.
