Job summary

Arootah is seeking a senior investment research professional to lead and refine research frameworks across portfolios in the UAE. You will design due diligence criteria, build robust financial models (DCF, comps, LBOs), and establish memos standards to support informed investment decisions.

You will also develop performance monitoring, train teams, and drive knowledge management platforms, contributing to strategic initiatives and technology evaluations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• CFA designation.
• 8+ years of specific research experience.
• 5-8 years of investment experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and valuation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Bloomberg, FactSet, Morningstar Direct, or BlackRock Aladdin.
• Ability to distill research into investable theses and written reports.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
