Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive investment and operational due diligence on fund managers and investment strategies.
• Lead due diligence meetings and manager interviews across diverse strategies including hedge funds and private markets.
• Perform comparative analysis and peer benchmarking.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports and investment memos for investment committees.
• Review and analyze investment materials including pitch decks, DDQs, and audited financials.
• Assess operational infrastructure and controls including fund administrators and prime brokers.
• Evaluate risk management frameworks and liquidity management.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Sales teams to support contract negotiations and regulatory assessments.
• Monitor existing manager relationships and conduct ongoing performance monitoring.
• Build and maintain due diligence frameworks and standardized assessment criteria.
