Majid Al Futtaim is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and performance analysis within the FP&A function. You will transform business priorities into financial projections and drive insights for leadership.

The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and HFM, and the ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders to challenge assumptions and improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 1–3 years experience in FP&A or related area.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning and ad hoc analysis.
• ACCA or CFA certification preferred.
• Advanced Excel with financial modelling and data analysis.
• Strong PowerPoint skills to present insights clearly.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and HFM.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and support annual budgeting process with assumptions and variance reviews.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and rolling outlooks with stakeholders.
• Support development of strategic plan with financial projections and targets.
• Analyze actual vs budget/forecast; identify drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc analysis, scenario modelling and business-case evaluation.
• Maintain planning data across SAP S/4HANA and HFM, including reconciliations.
• Prepare concise, decision-oriented leadership presentations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and reporting quality.
