Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Finance is seeking a Financial Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for MAFL LifeStyle. You will partner with business and finance teams to deliver accurate FP&A analyses and insightful recommendations.

The role requires 2–3 years FP&A experience, SAP S/4HANA/HFM familiarity, advanced Excel, and a degree in Finance or Accounting. ACCA/CFA preferred. On-site in Dubai with a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.
• 2-3 years of FP&A experience.
• Hands-on budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and ad hoc analysis.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual budgeting process with stakeholders.
• Prepare quarterly forecasts and rolling outlooks.
• Support strategic planning with financial projections and targets.
• Analyze performance vs budget and forecast; identify drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Perform ad hoc analyses and scenario modelling to support decisions.
• Maintain planning data across SAP S/4HANA and HFM with reconciliations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and communicate insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve FP&A processes and reporting.
