Job summary
Al-Futtaim seeks a Finance Manager in Corporate FP&A to lead budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and cost allocations across groups. You will enable data-driven decisions and partner with Group Finance and business units to optimise value.
Role emphasizes automation via SAP & Power BI, driving efficiency while delivering actionable insights on margins and cash flow to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; professional qualification (CA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA) preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience in financial control and management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO/BPC/SAC), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
- Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for Corporate & GTDP functions.
- Consolidate divisional inputs and challenge assumptions.
- Deliver timely monthly MIS and P&L reporting with variance analysis.
- Publish dashboards and drive automation to reduce manual effort.
- Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
- Drive cost and profitability analysis to improve margins.
- Improve planning processes through SAP, Power BI and data platforms.
- Act as a trusted finance partner to leadership with actionable insights.
