Job summary

Al-Futtaim in Dubai seeks a Finance Manager in Corporate Services to lead FP&A, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting across entities. You will partner with divisional leaders to enable data-driven decisions, optimize costs and drive value creation using SAP, Power BI and advanced Excel.

You will deliver monthly MIS and P&L analyses, develop automated dashboards, and ensure timely financial commentary, with strong coordination across Group Finance and business units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
• 5-8 years of experience in financial control and management.
• Strong accounting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (FICO/BPC/SAC), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A and finance business partnering for Corporate and GTDP functions.
• Consolidate divisional inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Deliver timely and accurate monthly MIS and P&L performance reporting.
• Develop automated, self-service dashboards to reduce manual effort.
• Prepare bi-weekly cash flow forecasts and analyze variances.
• Drive cost optimization and profitability analysis across entities.
