Job summary

Al-Futtaim is seeking a Finance Manager in the Corporate Division to lead FP&A, partner with business units, and drive data-driven decision making. You will own budgeting, forecasting, cost allocations, and management reporting, delivering insights to optimize performance.

In this role, you will utilize SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel to automate processes, elevate MIS quality, and support strategic decisions for the group based in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Strong financial planning and analysis capabilities.
• Proficiency in SAP, Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and cost optimizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for Corporate and GTDP functions.
• Consolidate divisional inputs and challenge assumptions.
• Align financial plans with Group strategic targets.
• Ensure budgets and forecasts are submitted accurately within Group timelines.
• Maintain forecast accuracy within a 5% tolerance.
• Identify and implement improvements in cost allocation models.
• Develop automated dashboards to reduce manual effort and improve speed.
• Provide actionable CFO-level insights and regular leadership briefings.
