Job summary

Albert Bow is launching a new fund with remote global operations and a leadership role that owns a trading pod from day one. You will manage live capital, set strategies, and drive execution across a multi-pod platform with equity participation for founding partners.

The role requires strong Python, quantitative thinking, and experience in markets or digital assets. Collaboration across time zones and occasional travel are expected as the fund grows.

Qualifications

• Strong Python and Rust or similar systems-language experience valued.
• Quantitative foundations in mathematics, statistics, or engineering are essential.
• Experience in trading or market exposure is a plus.
• Ability to design and review models, risk systems, and execution infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Own an AUM sleeve and lead a pod within the fund from day one.
• Make calls on sizing, parameters, overrides and de-risking with clear justification.
• Collaborate with CTO and Investment Committee on production issues and governance.
• Underwrite managers, recruit pods, and support capital formation.
