Endless is a UAE-based fashion-tech startup redefining conscious consumption. We’re seeking an EA or RG Brand Assistant to support Rosie Gunn’s personal brand across social media, content creation, newsletters, events, and brand admin.

You’ll work directly with Rosie, handling planning, editing, and coordination to build a founder-led public presence while contributing to a fast-growing brand in fashion and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support Rosie with Instagram & TikTok: planning, posting, editing, captions, scheduling, engagement.
• Assist with content creation including short-form video editing and basic graphic work.
• Manage newsletter / Substack drafts, formatting, publishing.
• Help organise and support events, talks, and brand moments.
• Keep content calendars, ideas, and assets organised.
• Support with general personal brand admin to ensure smooth operations.

An EA or RG Brand Assistant to Rosie Gunn (our Founder) to support the day-to-day management and growth of Rosie’s personal brand. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who loves content, organisation, and storytelling - and who takes pride in doing things properly.

You’ll work directly with Rosie, supporting across social media, content creation, editing, website upkeep, newsletters/Substack, podcast co-ordination, events, and brand admin. This is a unique opportunity to gain first-hand exposure to building a founder-led personal brand alongside a fast-growing fashion-tech business.
