A creative, organised, and hands-on Marketing Assistant / Social Media Assistant to support the day-to-day execution of Endless’ marketing and social media activity. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves content creation, and wants to learn how a fast-growing startup brand is built from the inside. You’ll work closely with the Brand & Communications Manager, to help bring campaigns, content, and community to life across all platforms.

• Culturally switched on, you understand Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn trends, and what resonates now
• Creative but practical, you can come up with ideas and help execute them
• Proactive and reliable, you spot what needs doing and get on with it
• Energised by startup pace, fast-moving, evolving, sometimes messy, always exciting
• Confident communicating with different teams and creatives
• Eager to learn and grow within marketing and brand
• Based in Dubai (or relocating), and flexible when needed

You Will

• Own and manage Endless' social media channels, with a focus on Instagram (@ and @endlessclub.uae) and TikTok (@endless.uae)
• Plan, create, schedule and publish engaging content across all social platforms, including trend-led content, editing and writing captions
• Create personality-led, behind-the-scenes, founder and community-first content that reflects the Endless brand
• Drive awareness, engagement and sales through social media while balancing commercial objectives with authentic community building
• Push creative boundaries and help evolve Endless' social presence with fresh, innovative content ideas
• Support campaign execution across launches, pop-ups, collaborations and key brand moments
• Capture and coordinate content from events, photoshoots and behind-the-scenes vlog style videos
• Manage with influencer and UGC outreach, from initial contact through to content delivery
• Build and nurture The Endless Club community both online and offline
• Monitor social performance, engagement, comments and DMs, sharing insights and opportunities with the team
• Conduct venue outreach and provide logistical support for community events and activations
• Maintain an up-to-date database of venues, creators and brand partners
• Support wider marketing activity, including blog content, LinkedIn content and general marketing coordination
