Job summary

Novixa Capital is seeking a proactive Telecaller in Dubai to drive outbound prospecting and lead conversion within the Forex market. You will explain services, onboard clients, and maintain ongoing relationships to achieve sales targets.

The role requires at least 2 years in Forex/financial markets, mandatory telecalling and fluency in English and Hindi, along with strong communication and negotiation skills to succeed in a fast-paced, international environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Forex/financial markets experience.
• Telecalling experience is mandatory.
• Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.
• Proven ability to generate, follow up and convert leads.
• Good knowledge of Forex, CFDs and online trading.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Target-driven with a strong sales mindset.
• Forex brokerage or financial services experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and follow up on leads.
• Convert leads into active clients.
• Explain Forex/CFD services and support client onboarding.
• Maintain client relationships and achieve sales targets.
• Update client information and follow-ups in the CRM.
