Qualifications

• 1–3 years of telesales experience, preferably in financial services.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be based in the UAE and willing to work in Dubai.
• Knowledge of forex or financial markets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with leads interested in trading and financial markets.
• Understand client requirements and assist with account opening.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Achieve daily and monthly call, sales and conversion targets.
