Job summary

Delta International Institute is seeking a driven Forex Customer Service Executive fluent in English and Malayalam to guide prospective students from initial contact through upgrades. You will handle inquiries, demos, objections, and enrollment follow-ups while building long-term relationships.

You will coordinate with mentors and LMS, maintain accurate records in CRM, and contribute to monthly revenue targets by delivering exceptional service and compliant, customer-focused support.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Malayalam or Hindi, both spoken and written.
• 1–3 years of sales, telecalling, or business development experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads via calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand prospect goals and suggest forex programs (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced).
• Conduct product demos and one-on-one pitch sessions.
• Handle objections and guide decisions.
• Close upgrades and enrollments; maintain enrollment documentation.
• Maintain accurate daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups and closings.
• Coordinate with Mentors on class scheduling and session feedback.
• Contribute to monthly revenue targets and ensure compliant selling practices.
