Job summary

Desert Man Transporting and Contracting in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Foreman for storm water and drainage projects. You will supervise all on-site activities, lead site crews and subcontractors, and ensure works align with drawings and schedules.

The role requires 5–8 years of foreman experience, strong knowledge of storm water systems, and the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. UAE municipality regulations familiarity is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site activities related to storm water and drainage works

• Execute works including pipe laying manholes catch basins culverts and drainage networks

• Identify and resolve technical and operational issues on-site

Requirements

• 5 8 years of experience as a Foreman in storm water or drainage projects
• Strong knowledge of storm water systems and infrastructure works
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations and standards
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Diploma or certification in Civil Engineering or related field
