Job summary

Desert Man Transporting and Contracting in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Foreman for storm water and drainage projects. You will supervise all on-site activities, lead site crews and subcontractors, and ensure works align with drawings and schedules.

The role requires 5–8 years of foreman experience, strong knowledge of storm water systems, and the ability to read engineering drawings and specifications. UAE municipality regulations familiarity is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of foreman experience in storm water or drainage projects.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi municipality regulations and standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all on-site storm water and drainage works.
• Lead site crews, operators and subcontractors.
• Ensure work follows drawings, method statements and project schedules.
• Monitor daily progress and report to Project Engineers/Managers.
• Coordinate manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
• Enforce strict adherence to HSE regulations and quality standards.
• Identify and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.
