Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 3+ years UAE catering/procurement experience.
• Experience with procurement software and ERP systems.
• Fluent in English; UAE driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end procurement of food, beverages, and operational supplies for catering operations.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with local and regional suppliers to secure best value.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while controlling purchasing costs.
• Monitor supplier performance, market trends, and pricing fluctuations.
• Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and vendor documentation.
• Ensure compliance with UAE food safety standards and procurement regulations.
• Coordinate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to meet purchasing requirements.
• Manage inventory levels and reduce wastage through stock control.
