Job summary

Beast Meat Shop LLC in the United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Cost Controller & Purchaser to manage food costing, inventory control, purchasing, and margin analysis across operations.

You will monitor food cost, COGS, and margins; coordinate with kitchen and suppliers; maintain BOMs and recipe costing; and ensure accurate records in SAP/ERP while driving cost-saving opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B cost control and purchasing.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, recipe costing, BOMs, and food-cost analysis.
• Understanding of purchasing procedures and supplier negotiation.
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized; able to coordinate with multiple departments.
• UAE F&B experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor food cost, COGS, gross profit, and product margins.
• Prepare and maintain recipe costing and BOMs.
• Review purchase prices and analyze cost fluctuations.
• Conduct stock counts and investigate inventory variances.
• Monitor wastage, stock losses, and consumption.
• Coordinate purchasing with kitchen, butchery, and operations teams.
• Source suppliers, obtain quotations, negotiate pricing, and ensure favorable terms.
• Prepare and follow up purchase orders and supplier deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory and purchasing records in SAP/ERP.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment without overstocking.
• Review supplier invoices against PO, GRPOs, and agreed prices.
• Prepare cost-control reports and highlight corrective actions.
