Job summary

AccorHotels Middle East is seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Food & Beverage Service Intern in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. You will gain hands-on experience by assisting with delivering exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service.

Greet guests, present menus, take orders, and work with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service. Flexibility to work various shifts is required; the role supports growth in hospitality operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, make recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take accurate orders and communicate them effectively to the kitchen staff.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure tables are set up correctly and maintained throughout service.
• Process payments and handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Assist in opening and closing procedures as required.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions.
• Adapt to rotating schedules and different sub-departments within the Food & Beverage Division as needed.

• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
