The Food and Beverage Associate is responsible for providing friendly efficient and professional service to guests across the hotel s restaurants bars and events The role ensures a positive dining experience while maintaining high standards of service cleanliness and hospitality

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and assist with seating and menu information
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and process them efficiently
• Serve food and beverages according to hotel standards
• Ensure tables service areas and equipment are clean and properly arranged
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and feedback
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely service
• Follow correct billing cash-handling and payment procedures
• Maintain knowledge of menus promotions ingredients and hotel facilities
• Follow food safety hygiene health and safety standards
• Assist with restaurant opening closing banquets and special events
• Report guest concerns maintenance issues and stock shortages to the supervisor
• Support colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in a hotel restaurant caf or bar is preferred
