Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking a Restaurant Cost Controller Accountant with at least 5 years proven record in cost control for restaurant operations. You will excel in recipe building from scratch, manage back-of-house systems, and handle data entry and inventory for assets, smallware, and F&B items.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, experience with restaurant POS systems, and ability to optimize kitchen operations, warehouse processes, and ordering controls while maintaining accuracy.

Restaurants cost controller accountant with at least 5 years proven record as restaurants cost controller , must be an expert in recipe building from scratch , have good experience with back of the house system building and data entry, have great experience with daily weekly and monthly inventory for Assets - small ware - food & beverage - wrap and pack

good control system for operation during operation time specially kitchen, can deal with utility control, warehouse control ordering control.

• 1- English and Arabic language writing and speaking.
