Job summary

Tanqeeb is hiring an FMCG Outdoor Sales Executive to drive growth in UAE markets, focusing on supermarkets, groceries, and pharmacies. The role requires visiting stores, opening new accounts, and maintaining strong buyer relationships.

As part of a fast-growing team, you will achieve monthly targets, coordinate with warehouses and finance, and ensure product availability and promotions. A UAE driving license and proven FMCG sales experience in the UAE are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven FMCG sales experience, UAE preferred.
• Certifications in sales methodologies or CRM.
• Experience with major retail chains and distributors.
• UAE Driving Licence required.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with supermarkets, groceries, and pharmacy accounts is MUST.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Open new accounts and grow existing customers.
• Visit stores daily as per route plan.
• Build relationships with buyers, owners, and store managers.
• Follow up on orders, listings, promotions, and deliveries.
• Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising standards.
• Monitor pricing, stock levels, and expiry dates.
• Report market trends and competitor activities.
• Follow up on customer payments and collections.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and finance teams.
