Job summary

Shapoorji Pallonji & Company Pvt. Ltd. seeks a strategic Head of Distribution to lead end-to-end distribution across the UAE and GCC, driving growth and optimizing the supply chain.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in FMCG distribution with leadership experience, deep knowledge of logistics, inventory systems, and ERP platforms such as SAP, Odoo, and Zoho, and fluent English. A strong UAE/GCC network is essential to expand retail partnerships and improve channel performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years in FMCG distribution, sales, or operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven success managing multi-channel distribution networks.
• Strong understanding of logistics, supply chain, and inventory systems.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, Zoho) and data reporting tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong network in the UAE and GCC FMCG market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement distribution strategy for all channels across UAE and GCC.
• Oversee sales performance, profitability, and trade terms negotiations.
• Coordinate logistics, warehousing, inventory planning, and replenishment.
• Lead distribution and logistics teams; manage P&L and costs.
