Role Description The FMCG Assistant Brand Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This position sets up the marketing department, coordinating product launches, trade marketing and managing day-to-day brand activities across the GCC. Typical responsibilities include monitoring sales and market performance, assisting with market research and competitor analysis, and working with cross-functional teams on packaging, pricing, and promotional initiatives, out of the box marketing, consumer behavior studies. The role involves preparing reports and presentations, coordinating with distributors and agency partners on campaigns and activations, and ensuring brand consistency across all communication channels. The Assistant Brand Manager also helps manage budgets, tracks campaign effectiveness, and contributes to improving brand visibility and growth.
